Tekken World Tour Finals Taking Place November 12 with Playable Geese Howard

The stage is set for the Tekken World Tour grand finals for 2017! Taking place on November 12th in Matreon City view within San Francisco, America, the top 5 placers from each TWT region will be flown in to compete for the grand championship for Tekken 7. There's $50,000 USD on the line so the competition will be the very best of the world to see who will be crowned the world Tekken 7 champion. To further mark this grand event, playable demo stations of the upcoming DLC character; Geese Howard will be available at the venue on the day of the event for players to get their hands on the character prior to his worldwide launch. The Tekken World Tour Finals will be the culmination of the year running Tekken action spanning numerous events thoroughout the world so for sure this is the event to be at. The Fall Classic 2017 - Tekken 7 Tournament YouTube Archives

The Fall Classic was the latest stop in the Tekken World Tour as a Master tier event so a lot of points were on the line this past weekend. Earning 1st place in this tournament awards a grand 150 points contributing to the regional leaderboards which pretty much makes the winner an almost guaranteed shoe-in for the TWT Grand Finals. Among the players entered into Tekken 7 were Mr Naps, Speedkicks, PokChop, Joey Fury, Spero Gin and a whole lot more. SoCal Regionals 2017 - Tekken 7 YouTube Archives & Recap

Southern California Regionals 2017 was the latest MASTER event on the Tekken World Tour that recently concluded this past weekend. Being a Master level event, this tournament rewarded players with a chunk of points contributing to the TWT leaderboards making for a stacked Tekken 7 tournament as a result. Among the people entered were international players; JDCR and Saint from EchoFox alongside Jeondding who managed to secure support from r/Kappa to make it out to the event. Then of course you have players from the country like Mr Naps, Speedkicks, Joey Fury, Spero Gin, Geesemaster, Kodee, Pokchop, Just Frame James and a whole lot more. OzHadou Nationals 15 | Australian Fighting Game Tournament on September 15 - 17

The longest running Australian fighting game tournament event returns this weekend in the city of Sydney, Australia and it features Tekken 7 as part of the Tekken World Tour. OzHadou Nationals 15 sees almost 200 players entered for Tekken and marks the country's largest Tekken tournament to date. International Tekken players; Saint, Knee, Nobi, Yuu, Take and Kkokkoma have also confirmed their participation to OHN 2015 as they battle the best the region has to offer to try to take home points from the Tekken World Tour. The Tekken 7 tournament is being streamed live on twitch and it starts at 5 PM Pacific / 8 PM Eastern time on the Saturday with the tournament Top 8 taking place on Sunday 11 PM / 2 AM. Tekken World Tour Tokyo Masters Event on September 3

Join us in watching the Tokyo Tekken Masters event taking place in Akihabara's E-sports Square venue later today. This is the next MASTER titled event within the Tekken World Tour so there's big qualification points on the line for all the competitors participating. Since this tournament is taking place in the capital of Japan, you can expect a smorgasbord of great Tekken talent from the region with neighbouring players from Korea coming together for a big show. Like the previous TWT events, this will be streamed over on the official Tekken twitch channel with pools starting at 9 AM Japan time (5 PM PDT.) The tournament is expected to last a long duration of the day with Top 16 starting at 5 PM (1 AM PDT) and expected to finish in roughly 4 hours. Plenty of tekken to watch today so be sure you're following the Tekken channel to catch the event live:
