Knee's Recap of the Tekken 7 Tournament at Combo Breaker 2018

He went live on his Afreeca page to describe the experience with his chatroom and while it's all in Korean, we have the Rox Gaming social media manager Jin to thank for highlighting and translating the recap into English. This gives us foreigners a better POV from Knee of what he was thinking as he was playing and watching the tournament matches. Tekken-Net Service for Vanilla Arcade Version of Tekken 7 Coming to an End on May 31

A Tekken-net service closure notice for the original Tekken 7 release in arcades is coming to an end on May 31st, Bandai Namco announces. The 'Vanilla' release of the game which is the version of the game that came before the 'Fated Retribution' update will have online network functionality shut down and an update patch to enable simple offline play. This will not affect most of the Tekken playing audience at home with the Console/Steam version or arcades with Tekken 7 Fated Retribution, this will discontinue the online network for the original Tekken 7. This includes some parts of Asia that haven't updated to FR yet, or regions in South East Asia and Oceania which were unable to get the updated version of the game since Bandai Namco decided to not offer it to them. Come May 31, those vanilla Tekken 7 cabinets will no longer allow online matchmaking, Banapass card functionality and Tekken-net online website services. Tekken 7 Sets ft. Killa6, Mr. NAPS, Kkokkoma, Anakin & More from the Atlanta Tekken House

Lots of high level Tekken action has come out of ATL with players like Kkokkoma, Jimmy J, Lil Majin, Fab, Inkog and more making their way over to play sets. These matches were streamed live over on Anakin's Twitch channel a bit back but are now available to rewatch on YouTube for anyone that missed out. You wouldn't want to miss any of the Killa6 matches in the least cause all the shit talk during the matches are pretty hilarious. Tekken World Tour 2018 Season Begins Next Week at Final Round

Eeeeesports. Bandai Namco are back to announce the new year of competitive Tekken 7 with the Tekken World Tour. The 2018 season of the Tekken World Tour officially kicks off this month with the first event; Final Round 18 on March 16-18 being a Master level event for competitors looking for a strong start to the new season. The big changes to the tour format for this year is the unified leaderboards which replace the region locked leaderboards from last year, the location of grand finals event which is now set to take place in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and 20 top placers from the leaderboards qualifying for the TWT Grand Finals (up from the previous 16). NorCal STRONGSTYLE 6 | Dedicated Tekken Tournament Event Taking Place Feb 10 - 11

Strongstyle returns this weekend in Northern California! The sixth Strongstyle event sees players from Europe, Japan, Korea fly into San Jose, California to take on the American competition from all over the country. Tekken 7 is being featured as the main tournament event alongside side tournaments for Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection and Tekken Ball Mode from Tekken 3. If you're a Tekken player, this event is not one to miss.
