Tekken 7 Returns to Evolution This Year on the Main Stage

Tekken 7 is back and on the list of games in the Evo 2017 roster MrWizard announced during the Evo reveal stream. Tekken 7 made appearances during Evo during the last 2 years across both the vanilla and FR updated arcade version but this year will mark the 1st Evo where the console version will be out beforehand. They're also happy to announce that while Tekken 7 is back at EVO, it will for this year be featured on main stage and get a Sunday finals alongside Street Fighter V and both Super Smash Bros games. This will perhaps be the place to highlight the best of what Tekken 7 has to offer to the world on the big stage and you can expect the competition to be fierce for everyone participating. Evo 2017 will not be an event to miss out this year so start making your plans to attend. Evo 2017 is taking place in Las Vegas on July 14th to the 16th later this year. Tekken 7 at Taipei Game Show 2017 with Harada, Murray & Gamerbee

[Update] The stream archive on both Youtube and Twitch have been made private. Oh well. You didn't miss much anyway.

Tekken 7 was featured during Bandai Namco's stage show from Taipei Game Show 2017 today and Tekken project members Harada and Murray were there joined by Gamerbee to show off the game. Absolutely new information wasn't given for the game as expected since we're getting more news on the game in the coming week but little bits and pieces I guess you can say were there. Another avenue to look at the console version on stream with Gamerbee trying Akuma. The event was streamed but the video archive is now up on the YouTube channel.

Lee / Miguel Build of Tekken 7 Playable at York Street Battles in Sydney

The latest build of Tekken 7 on PS4 is making its way across to multiple places and more events have now started coming forward and confirming the new Tekken 7 build as making an appearance. The 48th numbered York Street Battles taking place in the city of Sydney in Australia has recently announced that the new Tekken 7 build is present at the venue and open for everyone to check out. For players in the region, this is your opportunity to get hands on with the new characters; Lee & Miguel on the new version as well as check out the competition in Sydney's FG scene so be sure not to miss out. The King of Iron Fist Tournament 2016 Grand Finals Going Live on December 10

Join us in tuning into the Grand Finals for the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2016. It's been a long time coming but it's time to conclude the year with a big final Tekken tournament to crown our champion of the world. Bandai Namco is organizing an English Twitch stream for the world to tune in and we have a handful of commentators over there in Japan to give us play by plays of the action live. And of course, a new announcement related to the Tekken franchise is expected to take place after all the fierce Tekken competition concludes so there is that to also look forward too. The Grand Finals kicks off in Japan at 9:30 AM Japan time on December 10 (Dec 9 at 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST) and you can watch it live here:
