Soul Calibur 6 - PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Network Test Survey

The online network test hasn't officially commenced but a survey is available for people to eventually fill out. This will be your window to tell the developers how your experience with the network test went and to report any bugs you found within the game. The survey link comes from the official Japanese Soul Calibur 6 web page and an English survey link was provided alongside the Japanese survey. The PlayStation and Microsoft store in certain regions has already been updated with the Soul Calibur 6 Network Test client so get to it if you want to pre-load it and get ready for the weekend of Souls and Swords.

Popular Twitch Streamer Forsen Reaches Yellow Ranks Online in First Week of Playing Tekken 7

Tekken 7 has seen a recent surge of popularity within the past week after popular Twitch streamers started picking up and streaming the game. Forsen, Imaqtpie, Sodapoppin, Dyrus and Moonmoon were among the recent greenhorns dipping into the online Ranked Mode while probably showing off Tekken 7 to a much wider audience. Forsen in particular was probably the most note-worthy in that group for sticking to the game and even climbing a fairly decent way in the ranks. Sure, Tekken 7 Season 2 did make ranking up much more easier and faster but, climbing all the way to Juggernaut within a week of picking up the game is a lot more than other people who've been playing for months and stuck in greens could possibly say. If anything, Forsen's playthrough makes an interesting watch of someone completely brand new get into playing Tekken. Soul Calibur 6 - Network Test for PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Scheduled for Sep 28 - 30

An online network test for Soul Calibur 6 is taking place next weekend, Bandai Namco announces. You can download the Soul Calibur 6 game client starting from September 27 at 8 AM Pacific and start playing a day later on Friday, September 28. The Network Test will include 15 playable characters and 9 stages to use in the online Ranked Mode. It'll also be a great opportunity for everyone around the world to try out the new game ahead of it's release on October 19th and stress test the online mode to see how it holds up. The online network test lasts until September 30th so enjoy the window to play the game while you can next weekend. Look for the online game download a day before the test starts next Thursday.

Tekken 7 Version 1.13 Update Improves Online Matchmaking After the Noctis Update

Tekken 7 on PS4/XB1 & PC have just received a new small patch to alleviate matchmaking issues after Noctis' Version 1.12 update that introduced them. Since the online would frequently stop trying to search for matches after a certain point, the temporary fix of closing the game and stopping the game's process in Task Manager seems to no longer be needed. Hopefully the online matchmaking should be a lot more functional for those after the patch. The matchmaking online fix update is now live on Steam and PSN.
