SoulCalibur VI - Hilde Battle Director Comment

Hilde is back and we now have the game's Battle Director Oosaka (@oosaka_twt) give out some comments on how the character is going to be played this time around. For those who are new to her, Hilde is described as a medium to long-range fighter that uses a spear for her stronger vertical strikes and a small sword that she can pull out very fast to cover the horizontal ranges. Going by these new comments, it looks like Hilde is much more user friendly in SoulCalibur VI. The Battle Director comments come courtesty of Dengeki Online:

The latest Soul Calibur 6 character showcase / introduction video is on the recently announced Geralt guest character from the Witcher series. For this occasion, you can hear the Witcher series game developers describe the character in detail and divulge what to expect of his appearance in the new fighting game world. A magical, acrobatic swordsman with potions, bombs and witcher signs, he's described as fighting more like his Witcher 3 incarnation. Rise Of Incarnates Official Twitch Stream Archive Ft. Michael Murray & Slayer Reveal

For those who didn't manage to catch this stream live, Michael Murray and Daisuke Murano got on Twitch and did a thorough job of explaining the game mechanics and the characters to the stream viewers earlier today. Murray also goes on to introduce everyone to the latest character being added into the game: Slayer.
