VSL The Fist - Season 1 Twitch Archives & Final Results

A Korean Tekken 7 Fated Retribution League recently wrapped up with the finals taking place yesterday in South Korea. VSL The Fist included 4 episodes of Twitch streams that had well known Korean Tekken players face off for over 4 million Korean Won (Almost $4000 USD) in prize money. 1st and 2nd place winners of this League will qualify for Season 2 of VSL which is set to take place in the future with sign-ups being made available on the 22nd of August. Lionz Den 3 | London Tekken Tournament Streamed Live on August 13-14

Update: Tournament results and twitch vods have now been added!

12 PM Local time on Saturday in London, UK or 4 AM PDT / 7 AM ET is when Lionz Den 3 is going down! A premier Tekken event, players will step into the boxing ring to face strong European competition in the Tekken Tag Tournament 2 tournament. Sodam from Korea is confirmed to be attending the event and he'll be doing a first to 5 exhibition match with Asim from the UK which will be one not to miss. In addition, TEKKEN 7 (Arcade) will be at the event on the side for people to play and enjoy. All the action from Lionz Den 3 will be streamed on their Twitch channel throughout this weekend so keep your eyes peeled for when the action goes live!

Lionz Den 3 - Tekken 7 Playable with Asim VS Sodam Exhibition Match

The main event for Lionz Den 3 has been announced, a classic East VS West Tekken match with Europe's own Asim going up against Sodam from S.Korea in a first to five exhibition match in the boxing ring! These two combatants wil put their countries prides behind them as they head into the Lionz Den come the August weekend of the 13th. In addition, Bandai Namco UK announces that TEKKEN 7 will be playable at the event. No solid confirmation on which version of the game it will be but chances are high that Tekken 7 Fated Retribution will be there giving Europe a chance to check it out. Lionz Den 3 is going down in mid August at the Amba Hotel in London, UK so be sure to be there and catch all the Tekken action in person. Book your tickets now at the Lionz Den Gaming website:

EVO 2016 - T7FR Tournament Archives & Recaps

EVO 2016 is in the books, another successful tournament that took place mid July in Las Vegas, Nevada. EVO 2016 was a large scale global tournament that saw Tekken 7 Fated Retribution's first official debut in tournament after the game had launched in arcades on July 5th and had numerous high level international players like Knee, Saint, JDCR, Nobi, Take, Yuu and a bunch more competing against what the USA had to offer. The Tekken action was all streamed live over on Twitch with Bifuteki over on the Tekken twitch channel and then later on the official Evosrk channel for the finals so video footage from the tournament in cased you missed it is now available for viewing. Recap videos from Aris and Esteban are uploaded as well and allow a more personal glimpse of what the event was like in person through their experience. Enjoy the footage and the Tekken Tour is continuing along with Wizard World Columbus on July 29-31 being its next stop this upcoming weekend.

Bandai Namco's Fighting Games Panel at SD-CC 2016

Once again Bandai Namco put together a Fighting Games Panel at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend to have discussions with the fans on their fighting game franchises. For the Tekken side, new Tekken related merchandise were made available to buy including a new $450 'Tekken Sukajan' jacket that has reversible sides with distinct artwork. For Soul Calibur, this was merely a discussion with the fans so I hope you didn't expect some crazy new announcements (haha.) N8nmonster and Chindogg on Twitter were there in the crowd and covered most of the things at the panel so I'll be rounding their tweets together for everyone not at SD-CC.
