Tekken 7 Version 1.08 Update Changes Player Info in Ranked Again

A new update for the home versions of Tekken 7 is now available and going by Harada's word includes bug fixes and quicker load times for stages and in online matches. The full patch notes for this update are live via the PS4 system menu and including all of the above, there's also minor adjustments made to the online tournament mode and Tekken bowling mode. All in all, it's not a major patch but rather some quick fixes for the game. You can read the full notes as it is written down below.

The Reason Why JDCR Plays Dragunov in Tekken 7

Here's a short but straight to the point video clip for you if you happen to have been googling the aforementioned. While you're here, have a casual reminder that the PlayStation 4 version of Tekken is still currently the most laggiest in terms of input response time platform to play Tekken 7 on with the PC and even the Xbox One beating it in prior testing. Eddy of America VS Eddy of Korea - Spero Gin VS Jeondding Set from SCR 2017

Highlighting a set of Eddy mirror matches between Jeondding and Spero Gin while they both were at SoCal Regionals. It's a hand cam video of their casuals but these players are both considered amongst the top if not the best Eddy players in their regions so it's interesting to see how the two styles fare in a post tournament set. SoCal Regionals 2017 - Tekken 7 YouTube Archives & Recap

Southern California Regionals 2017 was the latest MASTER event on the Tekken World Tour that recently concluded this past weekend. Being a Master level event, this tournament rewarded players with a chunk of points contributing to the TWT leaderboards making for a stacked Tekken 7 tournament as a result. Among the people entered were international players; JDCR and Saint from EchoFox alongside Jeondding who managed to secure support from r/Kappa to make it out to the event. Then of course you have players from the country like Mr Naps, Speedkicks, Joey Fury, Spero Gin, Geesemaster, Kodee, Pokchop, Just Frame James and a whole lot more. The complete stream archive of the Tekken 7 tournament are now up on the Bandai Namco fight channel for those who missed it live. I've also embedded below a recap video from Aris as he goes over his personal experience at the event which is now available on the Avoiding The Puddle channel.

Tekken 7 Soundtrack Plus Coming Out October 21

Featuring the cool cover art done above by jbstyle. This 4 disc CD set features music from both the arcade version of Tekken 7 Fated Retribution and the home versions of Tekken 7. Sweep Record will be publishing and releasing the soundtrack in a 3 sided cd case holder with an included 12 page booklet featuring developer comments from the game's sound director, composer, voice actors and even from the chief producer Katsuhiro Harada himself. The initial launch batch of the soundtrack will be available from October 21st in Japan. If you pre-order online via the Sweep Record store, you can pick up an extra disc with the 'Nonstop Audio: Raging Arms' track mixed by Atsushi Ohara for you to listen to the soundtrack in a DJ styled medley format. As of right now Sweep Record don't ship internationally via their site so hopefully the soundtrack ends up on iTunes or Spotify in the future for everyone to enjoy.
