Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Japanese Teaser Website Launched

The Tekken Project team rolled out the official website for Tekken 7 Fated Retribution with a story teaser. The stage is set for the upcoming expansion to Tekken 7 that is set to come out in arcades in 2 months time. This signals that activity on the game will be rolling out from now on until the launch and I have a good feeling that the news that we've all been waiting for is right around the corner. (E3 is on June 14-16!)

Tekken 7 Soundtrack CD ft. BatAAr Out Now

As of today, the Tekken 7 soundtrack is now officially released in stores across Japan. The soundtrack CD comes with 25 music tracks on 2 discs featuring music from the arcade version of Tekken 7. What's new for this soundtrack is the new collaboration with Swedish Art Metal band BatAAr who have created a piece for Tekken's character Lars. The track, titled 'VREDE' plays within the game on the Twilight Conflict stage when Lars is present and it's the final round. The remainder of the soundtrack features works from the usual suspects in Bandai Namco's studios such as AJURIKA, Rio Hamamoto, Taku Inoue, Keiichi Okabe & Sanodg. North America's King Of Iron Fist Tournament 2016 Announced

Briefly announced on the Bandai Namco US's twitter account! The King Of Iron Fist Tournament series is Bandai Namco's officially yearly run tournament and it returns this year for Tekken players in the North American region. $20,000 of prize pool money now up for grabs in the upcoming Finals event slated for later this year! Tournament dates can be seen in the poster image above with more details and official rule-sets on the tournaments and it's qualifiers on the Bandai Namco webpage:

Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Playable at OzHadou Nationals 14

At Battle Arena Melbourne 8 last night, OzHadou Nationals tournament organiser Youssef got on stage during the finals event for Street Fighter V to announce some big news for the upcoming event in Sydney. TEKKEN 7 Fated Retribution, the upcoming expansion to Tekken 7 arcade that adds more characters and stages will be playable at the event! This will mark Australia's first opportunity to get their hands on the game and try out Akuma in the new game. Additionally for this year, the event will be taking place at the Menzies Hotel which is bigger then previous years. For players in the region, OHN 14 is certainly not an event to miss out on. OzHadou Nationals 14 is scheduled to take place in Sydney, Australia on August 26 - 28. Of course, big thanks goes out to Bandai Namco Australia for making this all possible.

Tekken 7 - LowHigh VS Japan Match Videos

Budding new Korean Tekken top player; LowHigh recently took the opportunity to go to Tokyo and play amongst Japan's best in arcade Tekken 7 last week. There's a number of deathmatch videos already surfacing online on YouTube with LowHigh going up against the likes of Nobi, Furumizu, Karei, Jakoko and more with some of his high ranked characters.
