Watch The Nobi VS Tokido Exhibition Match on T7FR's New Mishima Building Stage

Taken place at the Japanese Press conference event for Tekken 7 Fated Retribution was once again another Nobi VS Tokido exhibition match. Once again those crazy Japanese with their production levels, they had Lenne Hardt back introducing the players and even made Nobi wear his championship ring during the exhibition. It was a short set but Nobi used his Dragunov against Tokido's Akuma in the latest build of the game which will be out next month. The build had the new Mishima Building stage which is a sprawling elevator stage with a transition to the rooftop in the later rounds. Since the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 2016 was announced, Tokido mentioned himself on the broadcast that he himself is now interested in participating in Tekken 7 tournaments so who knows, you may face off against the 'Murderface' yourself at the next tournament.

Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Launches Into Arcades on July 5th

In addition to the KOIFT 2016 announcement at the Japanese press conference event, Tekken 7 Fated Retribution will be launching into Japanese arcades on July 5th. This comes real soon before EVO next month giving potential internationals competitors a small window to practice for the big global tournament. Tekken 7 Fated Retribution adds 2 new characters Akuma from SF and Nina with 2 new stages Mishima Building & Abandoned Temple (Akuma's stage). TEKKEN 7 - Coming Out Early 2017 For PS4, XB1 & PC

The news is finally out - TEKKEN 7 is coming to Playstation 4, Xbox One & the PC platform in early 2017! Tekken 7 is the latest in the long running fighting game franchise and it is the first time a Tekken game will be out on PCs. Tekken 7 will feature over 30 characters at launch powered by Unreal Engine 4 allowing stunning cinematics during gameplay. Interviews with Korean Player JDCR From Headstomper

Among all the festivities at the Swedish tournament Headstomper 2016, both The Main Man and Ozzy the Lion-o took the opportunity to grab JDCR for some quick Tekken interviews. JDCR from Korea is considered a champion of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 taking home multiple grand final finishes in a large amount of events worldwide so it's good viewing to see what is on his mind regarding the game and going into Tekken 7. His English speaking skills have improved from recent years making these interviews good quality to listen to which is pretty rare I should mention. A good job goes out to him personally. TEKKEN-NET Carry Over Data from Tekken 7 to Fated Retribution

Alongside the June 15 Press conference news, Tekken Official published a final complete list of all carry over data from Tekken 7 in arcades to the Fated Retribution update. Ranks are not getting completely reset but rather, you'll start off with a lower rank in Fated Retribution when it goes live next month. The most notable of news to come from this is that Treasure box and item development have been removed and that a new fight money shop is being implemented into Tekken-net. This news may not be much for those waiting out on console version but for those playing on the arcade version, I translated the list of carry over information below.
