SoulCalibur VI - EVO Japan Feature & Season 2 Q&A Broadcast

Early into the new year, the SoulCalibur VI development team is still as ever, working hard to add more to and continue improving the game. The game's producer Motohiro Okubo, game director Masteru and Battle Director Oosaka sat down with the Japanese Dengeki Online gaming publication to bring everyone up to speed on current developments and what's upcoming. The broadcast starts off with an introduction to Season 2 for the game, then proceeds to a rundown of the Evo Japan event taking place next weekend which is expected to show off the incoming guest character Haohmaru in Season Pass 2. Then an overview of the SoulCalibur VI World Tour tournament structure followed up with a Q&A session where they answer some of the more common questions they've received from fans. SoulCalibur VI producer Motohiro Okubo praises the community

The SoulCalibur VI producer had nothing but glowing praise to express towards the community in a recent interview with Dot Esports. Following the launch of the game back in October of last year, SoulCalibur VI has gone on to rekindle interest in the franchise after the long period that followed since the release of SoulCalibur V. With Season 1 of SoulCalibur VI wrapping up soon and the World Invitational event quickly approaching, Season 2 is set to begin soon and in the words of the producer, would not have even happened without the support from all of the players. When you look at the current generation of players alongside the active and communicative dev team behind SoulCalibur VI, the future for SoulCalibur at least for now, seems optimistic and bright. Live Gameplay Footage of 2B from Soul Calibur 6 Set to Debut During Dengeki Playstation's Live Broadcast on November 8

Mark your calender 2B fans, we're getting new gameplay footage of the character in action on November 8th during the 15th episode of Dengeki PlayStation's live broadcast. Soul Calibur 6 Producer Motohiro Okubo and Director Yoshiyuki Takahashi are planning on appearing on the stream and they're joined by Yoko Taro and other figures from Square Enix, Platinum Games, Monaco and Ace Combat to talk everything about the collaboration. The broadcast is being streamed live on YouTube, Twitch, niconico and Periscope so there's plenty of avenues to tune into the new footage and potential news. The broadcast starts at 7:30 PM Japan time and concludes later on with the Idol Fantasy Star Saga segment (if you're wondering what the other half of the above image is about.)

It's Up to Harada if You Want to See Kazuma Kiryu in Tekken Says Yakuza Game Producer

Going by the Yakuza general game producer Daisuke Sato on the recent Yakuza 6 Gallery interview, they're open to the idea of having Kazuma Kiryu in Tekken but Bandai Namco and Tekken's Katsuhiro Harada have the final say. Fans of Kiryu really seem into the idea of the inclusion after Tekken has been on a crossover frenzy with Street Fighter's Akuma, Fatal Fury's Geese Howard and Final Fantasy XV's Noctis appearing in Tekken 7. You can see it in the room while the question is asked too, I'm sure Kiryu would fit like a glove in Tekken but so far no news on additional content for Tekken 7 beyond the season pass has been mentioned.
