MASTERCUP.8 Team Entry Deadline Extended to Oct 24

For those of you planning to head to MASTERCUP.8, you may be pleased to know that MASTERCUP has extended the deadline for accepting team entries from the previous date of October 10th. You've got more time to decide on attending and forming your teams for the upcoming large scale Tekken 7 event. As of writing right now, there are currently 103 teams entered on the website's team list making the tournament have over 500 competitors planning on participating. MASTERCUP.8 is scheduled to take place in Odaiba, Tokyo on November 22nd.

AK from The Philippines Is Invited to the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 2015

In a new update to the official Japanese website for the King Of Iron Fist tournament 2015, it's been brought to light that Tekken child prodigy AK from the Philippines is invited to the Grand Finals event on December 12th. He is listed under the delegation of the TEKKEN 20th Anniversary event so he was selected after his performance in the last year on December 7th. AK will head on to compete against other strong qualified Tekken players like Naps, Nobi, AO and more come this end of the year. The same update on the website also details the total amount of qualifying spots for the Grand final event and they are as follow:

THE KING OF IRON FIST TOURNAMENT 2015 Qualifying players:

• 11 qualifying players from Japan - 2 of which from the female division. (Yurisan no Hou & Maxi)
• 8 qualifying players from Korea
• 2 qualifying players from EVO 2015 - Nobi & AO.
• 2 qualifying players from North America - West Coast (Mr. Naps) & East Coast (Oct 18th.)
• 3 qualfyiing players from Europe - Paris Games Week (Oct 29th.)
• Tekken's 20th Anniversary Event performer - AK from the Philippines.

King Of Iron Fist 2015 - Osaka Challenge niconico Live Stream

The Osaka qualifiers for Bandai Namco's big King Of Iron Fist tournament on December this year will be taking place this Saturday in Japan. As such, a niconico live stream is being prepared for this qualifier allowing everyone the chance to watch. The winner of the female division in this qualifier will move on to the event's Grand Final alongside the already qualified: Nobi and AO. The winning teams of the 3on3 student and 3on3 'for anybody' divisions will also move onto the event's Japan round qualifier which is the event's 2nd phase qualifiers for male players. 9/15 Tekken-net Login Bonus Campaign for Tekken 7

The Japanese Tekken-net website for Tekken 7 just finished scheduled maintenance and a new Login Bonus campaign is now in effect for Tekken 7. For everyday you login into the Japanese Tekken-net website, you'll receive in game gold, orbs and potentially new customization items. For successfully logging in for a total of 11 days, you'll be given the new Hockey Stick item and for logging in for 25 days you'll be given the Nailbat. For every month on the 15th, a new round of Login Bonus campaigns will begin with new items and bonuses to collect in-game. The Hockey Stick and Nailbat are the new items for this monthly period.

Kagemaru From Japan Enters Ultimate Tournament XVI

Yet another from Japan, Kagemaru is entering Ultimate Tournament XVI on October 17th in France! You may recognise this player from representing Japan alongside Nobi at Global Championships 2013 and make multiple top 8s at MASTERCUP events. All together now, Kagemaru, Take & AO will be making their way from Japan to battle against Europe.
