Seoul Station GameCity Arcade Center

In South Korea, Green Arcade isn't the only place one can go for really competitive Tekken. Game City Arcade Center which I believe is near Seoul Station is another great place to go if you ever find yourself in South Korea. For those of us that can't get to it, the arcade has taken steps to be more online connected by streaming Tekken to Daum and opening both a Twitter and Youtube account similarly to how Green Arcade has opened a Twitch channel, Twitter & YouTube channel. This isn't exactly all new but I feel like I should bring it up for those interested in more Korean Tekken variety. Now my Korean is kinda fuzzy.... and mostly bad but the big poster image for the arcade seems to advertise that the arcade has fighting games, rhythm games, retro games, a clean place, Wi-Fi, being close to a train station, smoking area, place to charge your phone, get a drink and take a shit. Sold.

Arcadia Fighting Game REMIX 4/18 Issue Tier List

Arcadia's lastest edition of it's dedicated fighting game Magazine (or Mook I should rather say) is mainly focused on the recent release of Ultra Street Fighter IV but it does have some interesting discussion on Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in there. It features written reports of both MASTERCUP.6 and Matador Cup 5 tournaments as well as a TTT2 tier list made by Japan's Fukushi and Furumizu and a small author introductory piece by Zeugaru on using Ogre's 'concealing moves.' Since only the tier list got posted online onto 2ch for the Japanese to read, I've gone ahead and translated it into English for everyone else to read. You can check it out below!

TV E-Sports MAX Episode Snippet Featuring Nobi

In Namco Sugamo, newer players or customers that show up to the arcade may be daunted by the level of skill the average player over there has and may have trouble keeping up when playing against them. As such, the arcade has officially recognized and employed Japan's top player Nobi (or 'Instructor-san' as some of the players call him) to help teach players how to play the game and give advice on how they can improve and get better. If you have the credits to play on a side-by-side TTT2 cabinet and Nobi has the time, it may be a much wiser investment then continually losing to a really good player. To better illustrate all this, the E-Sports MAX TV show that currently airs over on the Tokyo MX TV channel in Japan filmed a small episode featuring Nobi showing the TV show's co-host the ropes of the game. The snippet of the episode is now viewable on TOKYO MX's YouTube channel.

Backdash Cancelling to be made easier in future Tekken Games

Probably the most blunt answer that you can get out of this topic. No specifics on how this will be achieved but it's something to look forward to in future Tekken games.
