Titan Set to Publish Tekken 7 Tie-In Comics in 2017

This just in from New York's Comic-Con event, Titan Comics is set to publish a series of Tekken story related comics in 2017. Details are scare at the moment but the comic series will feature appearances of certain Tekken characters like Heihachi Mishima, Yoshimitsu, Nina Williams and Paul Phoenix. The Tekken related comics are said to tie into the new game as it comes out in early 2017. The creative team behind the newly announced Tekken comics have not been revealed just yet but another announcement on the comics is said to be around the corner. TEKKEN 7 Included in Bandai Namco's Tokyo Game Show 2016 Line-up

Bandai Namco recently published their line-up of games at Tokyo Game Show this year and Tekken 7 is on the list. From the TGS web page that Bandai Namco put up, the game will be playable at the event, have a new promotional video (trailer) be shown off and have a stage show that is going to be streamed live so there's lots to look forward to soon in September. Alongside this, the Tekken-Official website also put up a page dedicated to the home versions of Tekken 7 and it looks like it's going to be the main page for Tekken 7 in the future. A minor detail to include but the TEKKEN 7 logo got updated there (Not just plain white font this time.) Tokyo Game Show 2016 is taking place in Chiba, Japan on September 15 - 18.

TEKKEN 7 - New Stage & Story Mode Details From Gamescom

Announced at Gamescom alongside Lee Chaolan is further news on the game's Story Mode. New batch of screenshots from Tekken 7 show off portions of the Story Mode that retells the older history from the Tekken and reveals why things went down in the series. The game's Story Mode is said to be several hours long and as you progress through it, you can unlock sub plots for the other characters in the game such as Claudio's story and his group of Exorcists. There's even specific Story Mode costumes for characters such as the new suit for Heihachi that you can use while playing through the mode. Tekken 7 Fated Retribution - Master Raven & Bob Revealed At EVO 2016

UPDATE: CG Renders and screenshots of the two characters now added!

Unveiled on stage during the final day of EVO 2016! New character Master Raven alongside Bob are joining Tekken 7 Fated Retribution's character roster. The trailer is now up and available for viewing on the official Tekken YouTube channel.

Tekken 7 & SoulCalibur 20th Anniversary at San Diego Comic-Con

While EVO 2016 is almost upon us this week, San Diego Comic-Con will be a few days after featuring a return of the Bandai Namco Fighting Games panel. Tekken's Katsuhiro Harada and Michael Murray are once again expected to be in attendance with Markman acting as panel moderator for the session this year. "Special Guests" is teased for the panel meaning we may also see someone new on the panel alongside Harada and Murray (jbstyle was on last year's SD-CC.) As mentioned on the schedule, you can expect new updates on Tekken 7 as well as upcoming TEKKEN merchandise during SD-CC 2016. A surprising addition to this session is a special discussion on the 20th anniversary of SoulCalibur games. It's been awhile since we've heard from the series and this may finally signal something new incoming after all the previous 'Long Live SOULCALIBUR' teasing. Who knows what that might entail but the panel will not be one to miss for those who can make it out and attend.
