Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2 Launches into Arcades on February 13

The Round 2 update for Tekken 7 FR in arcades now has a release date, according to a new notice posted on the Tekken-Official website. The Round 2 update, which brings over characters, stages and balance changes from the console/PC versions of Tekken 7, will now arrive in arcades on February 13. The FR update to arcade Tekken 7 came out back in July of 2016 but Round 2 will be when they'll catch up with content from both Season Passes 1 and 2. If you happen to have access to a local arcade Tekken 7 machine, you can find out what kind of Tekken-Net data carries over from T7FR to T7 Round 2 over on the announcement notice. As of right now; Anna Williams, Lei Wulong, Craig Marduk, Armor King, Noctis Lucis Caelum & Geese Howard will be added in with Round 2. There's no mention of Julia Chang or Negan from The Walking Dead participating at this current time.

Tekken 7 Version 2.11 Update Fixes Law's Dragon Tail Combo

By the time you read this, you've probably already realized that this update for Tekken 7 is out. Version 2.11 has been pushed out to all platforms and it's a minor patch that is meant to address unintended bugs following the release of Version 2.10. Law's Dragon Tail which combos into 3+4, 4 turning it into a launcher was clearly not intentional by design so the patch is here to take that out. The other issue with Marduk's Rage Drive where he lands it on an opponent after the wall throw combo and has him mounting the opponent the wrong way is the other bug being fixed. If you haven't already downloaded it, the patch weighs in at around 130 MB on the PlayStation 4.

Tekken 7 Version 2.02 Update Includes Character Balancing Fixes

Bandai Namco has pushed out a new update to Tekken 7 during this Halloween. The update does include some character balance changes but they're mostly bug fixes to certain moves that weren't working as intended rather than nerfing or buffing characters. The patch notes are already up in English over on the Bandai Namco EU website so here are the full patch notes to Version 2.02 of Tekken 7.

Tickets to the Tekken World Tour Global Finals in Amsterdam are Now on Sale

We're inching closer towards the culmination of a year's worth of Tekken World Tour events. The Theater venue in Amsterdam is set to feature two days of the best of the very best in the world of Tekken for everyone to watch live in person or on stream. General spectating admission and entry to the last chance qualifier at the Global Finals are actually pretty cheap with general admission starting at $10 and entry to the last chance qualifier at $20 so anyone can easily try his or her luck in getting the last remaining spot in the TWT Grand Finals line-up to compete on the world stage.
