The World's Largest Tekken Tournament Series MASTERCUP Returns on Nov 4

Celebrating its 10th anniversary of the long running MASTERCUP Tekken tournament series, Mastercup officially announced the dates for MASTERCUP.9 as November 4, 2017! MASTERCUP is a long running Japanese Tekken tournament series which boasts an incredibly high amount of players with the previous installment; MASTERCUP.8 bringing in over 900 players across 180 teams to compete in Tekken 7. MASTERCUP.9 returns this year running Tekken 7 Fated Retribution in Tokyo, Japan and is set to be the biggest tournament yet with hopefully another appearance by the Tekken project team as well as being broadcasted worldwide with a Japanese, Korean & English stream. The Korean King player MBC has been keeping himself busy with his latest online adventures in arcade Tekken 7 Fated Retribution. While grinding out the absurd amount of matches he puts into the game, there's bound to come up weird and wacky results every now and then that deserves a replay. Arcade Tekken 7 Fated Retribution X NJPW Collaboration Campaign

At the recent New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) festival event in Tokyo came further announcements on the arcade Tekken 7 Fated Retribution collaboration which was announced back at the King of Iron Fist 2016 Grand Finals. The big one is that players can personalise King in Tekken 7 FR as the Rainmaker Kazuchika Okada himself in game. With the upcoming Tekken-net campaign, playing enough games will you get you the items for King and once you fully equip everything, you unlock the Rainmaker special Rage Art for King to use. There's also shirts to unlock for every other character including a Heihachi x NJPW & Bullet Club T-shirts. The trailer showcasing the T7FR x NJPW collaboration is now up for viewing.

Tekken 7 Fated Retribution - Character Punishment Rankings

[UPDATE] - This post has now been updated with various corrections here and there that have been pointed out in the original list. They will all be listed in GREEN and BOLD from below. Thanks again everyone that sent me corrections. I'm planning on hopefully doing another Punishment Ranking chart for the console version of Tekken 7 with 100% correct info when that eventually arrives.

Contained within is character punishment rankings that lists most of the roster in T7FR's respective punishers to use during standing and while standing punish situations. It is also ordered together by the amount of damage they do seeing which character can make punish really hurt when they see a mistake made by the opponent. This data comes courtesy of D-San over on the Japanese Zexi site who listed most of the data together. You can click the links here to view the source but I've transcribed everything into English below. As of writing this now, Tekken 7 Fated Retribution is out and currently on Version H.

Tekken-net Item Kiwami Campaign - New Customizations for T7FR Added

The next set of character item customizations have been revealed by Tekken-Official. A new Tekken-net campaign titled the 'Item Kiwami Campain' (it just means 'Ultimate') will include a new batch of customizations to most of the roster in the arcade version of Tekken 7 Fated Retribution but what's also included this time is a new set of default costume arrangements. You can equip a new style of default costumes to your character to use in-game. The item campaign will run from today (14th of Dec) all the way through to January 18 so this is your chance to get new threads for your characters.
