Tekken 7 - Shaheen Movelist Rundown

Next up for the movelist rundown treatment is Shaheen who joins the Tekken 7 roster from Saudi Arabia. With a officially proclaimed 'Military Fighting Style,' Shaheen slides, flips and acrobatically attacks opponents while also having a 'Stealth Step' movement command to help him approach offensively. This new character in Tekken 7 seems to be among the popular new characters seeing as the utilization rate in arcades in Japan list him among the top of the list with Kazuya, King and Bryan. Tekken 7 - Katarina Alves Movelist Rundown

Looks like this is going to be an on-going series. Katarina Alves is the other new character that was revealed in Tekken 7 alongside Claudio Serafino. Hailing from Brazil, her fighting style is officially Savate so she sports a bunch of weird looking kicking attacks as well as a 'Harrier' stance in her arsenal. The Tekken development team have described this character as a good beginner character since she has effective combo strings which can be done by repeatedly pushing a button. She is one of the newer characters so we don't really have absolutely all the info in general to her move properties but the movelist video and reports from Mesa-chan's blog will help familiarize yourself with the character. MASTERCUP.8 Announced! Japanese 5on5 TEKKEN 7 Tournament Set for 11/22

MASTERCUP is once again returning this year and everything shall begin anew with the new Tekken 7 game set for the main stage at MASTERCUP.8! The MASTERCUP tournaments have been surging with popularity in the last number of years and were the pinnacle events for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in it's lifetime so MASTERCUP.8 is looking to ride on all this momentum with Tekken 7 now out in arcades. The event is officially announced to go down in Tokyo, Japan on the 22nd of November this year and will be once again a big event for Tekken everywhere. More details on the MASTERCUP tournaments will be rolling out in the future so keep your eyes peeled on the official MASTERCUP website!

Tekken 7 - Over 1 Hour of Jin Kazama Footage in Practice Mode

Update: Added a small Jin Kazama combo video by theater10 into this post!

Jin Kazama and the Practice Mode got rolled out in Japanese arcades today and thanks to GuntamaMiraclein's YouTube channel, we've got over one and a half hour of Jin footage inside the Practice mode. The player goes over all of Jin Kazama's movelist, tests out move properties, looks for any changes as well as develop some combos so it's good viewing if you want to go in depth on what Jin can do in Tekken 7. Before anyone asks though, the Practice mode in Tekken 7 doesn't have all the functionality of the TTT2 counterpart - No record function, no damage figures for attacks and no punish indicator but it's still a helpful addition to Tekken 7 for getting used to new characters you may have never played before. Tekken 7 - Jin Kazama, Devil Jin and Josie Rizal Officially Revealed

From the recent Tekken 7 niconico stream with Harada.

Jin will be unlocked for Arcades everywhere on 3/31 while Devil Jin will be unlocked on 4/7 next month. Josie Rizal doesn't have an announced date yet but Harada hinted at 'Golden Week' during the stream. (April 29 ~ May 6 for those wondering.) Character reveal trailers can be found below.
