Julia Chang and Player Data Breakdowns are coming to Arcades in May
A new update for the arcade version of Tekken 7 is scheduled to arrive in May, as announced by Nakatsu during the Toushinsai event. This update will feature the arrival of DLC character Julia Chang to arcades as well as new player data displays taken from the arcade's online Tekken-net service. Tekken-net will collate your gameplay data to let you see player breakdowns and rankings at a glance. Your Tekken skills is reflected with a new "Tekken Power" number and a web chart that highlights key playstyle areas. It's a little reminiscent of the World Tekken Federation feature from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 if you were around to remember that existing. Tekken 7 DLC Character - Julia Chang addition scheduled for Arcades in May.
New features coming to Tekken 7 Fated Retribution Round 2 in May:
- 'Tekken Power' - A number that 'ranks' your overall Tekken level. Cue "It's over 9000" Tekken powerlevel memes.
- Playstyle Chart - Web chart that breaks down your playstyle and indicates your performance in several areas like your offense and defense, the amount/variety of moves you use, your mental fortitude etc.
- Player Ranking - 3 coloured badges on the load screen that show your current standings on the Tekken-net leaderboards for rankings in your region, nation wide and all characters.
