TEKKEN 7 Playable at the Japan Amusement Expo 2015
The Japan Amusement Expo event ran by the people behind the annual 'Arcade Operators Union' event in Japan is set to occur in Japan on the 14th of February which is the Saturday after this weekend. Bandai Namco have announced through the Japanese gaming press that they plan to have exhibits for both of their latest arcade works: TEKKEN 7 and POKKEN tournament. A thing to note about the event is that Namco sent in pictures of a new build that they're going to exhibit at the event so this may be the chance we've all been looking for to look at a new Tekken 7 build with Lucky Chloe and Shaheen which will be out in Japanese arcades on the 18th of February. If any news/media of any sort comes out of the event, we'll let you know. Thanks Famitsu for the news.

Asian Rip on the picture at the top.
Anyways; will be cool to see all the new characters, multiple supers, updated graphics, new character designs and costumes, redone super animations and system mechanic changes to wakeup lowkick backroll, fully fleshed out story mode, new combos and options, redone wallgame and so on
..... but I wouldn't hold my breath for it
Damn I wish I lived in Japan. I would just spend my Valentine's Day right there seeing as I would have nothing better to do on that day... ;/ Videogames would be my valentine..
That guy needs at least 3 hotdogs.
I guess no word if this will be streamed yet.

I wonder if Harada has any idea how underwhelming this new Tekken game looks. Or whether he cares.
Story mode is never in arcade Tekken. I don't expect that many changes to what we have already seen.
I just hoped that Namco had enough budget to work on the visuals. I mean, we've seen most of these characters for more than a decade with the same outfit. I know that there's customisation, but c'mon, a fresh new look to the characters won't hurt. Perhaps, age them a bit? And how long is Ling gonna look like a pre schooler?
Combo wise, I've seen some new combos and they can still be very long. I wish it can be made shorter, so that people would have to focus less on landing a launcher but instead work on their fundamentals. I know a lot of people online who can do flashy combos with maximum damage but can't even properly back dash, wave dash, etc.
At least bring back past customs ya know? Like How awsome were T4 customs? Drunk lei, or military Hwoarang, Hooded jin. If they don't make new customs, it is a really bad sign of either laziness, or worse, they no longer care. Who knows, if poken does well, it may beccome their number one fighter.
And yeah, definitely three hotdogs, geesh.
Come on Harada! Let's see some Rucky Chroeeeee!!!
Although I am looking forward to the game itself, I really don't like how they're handling promotion and advertisement. They should take notes from NetherRealm Studios, for example, to bring the hype. Perhaps they're saving it for the console version? Either way, I do hope they get their stuff together.
This version will be the "pre-release" one, so I'm not expecting new costumes, intros or supers just yet. I think by March we'll get all those aesthetics and now in February we'll get Lucky Shaheen and Lucky Chloe.
On another note, everybody in the poster is a tryhard.
Two hotdogs for winky
