Tekken 7 Official Site Updated with System Info and Beginner's Guide

With Tekken 7 less then 24 hours away from being out in Japanese arcades, Bandai Namco has updated the official website for the game with new details and information on the game's systems as well as a Beginner's Guide PDF. They're all in Japanese but a lot of the information on the site is already quite well and the pictures are interesting to look at. You can look at the site update and PDF file here:

Something important to note is that the website says that this Feb 18 'Pre-Launch' version of Tekken 7 is Online Only. That means that, you can't play against an opponent in the same arcade via local play at all in this build. So when you go to sit down with Tekken 7, you can either play against the CPU offline or an opponent online. I believe this was made so because they want to use this release of the game to test the online across various arcades in Japan and to match newer players with same level opponents instead of the local better players they might run into. Local play, Training mode and bunch of other features will be implemented into the game later down the line. (Currently planned for March 'Full Launch.')

Standard main menu and how to access the game screens: You can touch on with your Banapass card on the main menu.
The post game screens in Tekken 7: Against the CPU you just get the standard countdown to 0 screen while in online battles, you get the option to 'revenge match' the last opponent you played or quit the game. Important to note about this is, If you lose a game online and then leave your seat, another player can get on, click 'revenge match' and play an opponent with your (last person's) banapass card data. So when you do finish with the game, be sure to click 'exit.'

Same old, same old. Power Crushes are like armor moves that get beaten by lows and throws and Rage Arts are Ultras that characters get access to at low life. You can only do a Rage Art once per round.
▌Tekken 7 Online Battles

Play against any other player in Japan, continue playing the same person online with the Revenge Match option and earn points to fill up a Treasure Box guage and earn gold after each match. When you fill up the Treasure Box guage, you can earn items on Tekken-net. The most important thing mentioned on here is that when you select the 'revenge match' option, you cannot switch characters or stages. You'll play the previous opponent with the set up as the last match.

Tekken 7 promises to be the 'most expansive' yet in terms of customization but this won't be the case initially. Right now the amount of customization isn't huge but there are plans to add more items for use later down the line. Tekken 7 takes a bit of a new interesting route with unlocking customizations. Certain outfits can be unlocked through the Treasure Box feature but you can also 'craft' customs that you want. To craft them you'll need 3 kinds of in game items: Item Blueprints, Fight Money & Orbs (Violet Systems)

Lemme get this straigt... They're releasing a game to the archades where you CAN'T play local multiplayer, but only online multiplayer?? That's retarded!
