A 'Pre-Launch' Arcade Version of Tekken 7 will Launch in Feb 2015

Korean gaming site Cyfren recently published an interview that they scored with Harada and there's some interesting bit of news regarding Tekken 7 in it. I can't completely reproduce the interview here so I'll just quickly paraphrase everything that was mentioned in here. You can read the full interview over on the Cyfren website.

- A 'pre-launch' version of Tekken 7 is going to be available in arcades in February 2015. A more complete 'launch' version of the game will be available in March.
- 'Is there any characters that have been removed or deleted from the game? Harada: 'I don't want to use those words but for now, there's plans to add time release characters'
- Any chance of an MMO or AOS Tekken game? Harada: 'No plans currently, I think we'd better leave that to a NA or Korean company to develop'
- Any plans for a Korean Location test? Harada: 'Yes there is one! Keep an eye out on my (@Harada_TEKKEN) twitter for the date'
- Can we change colors in customization? Harada: 'Although that feature (and many others) aren't decided yet, we're still working hard on making them in the game'
- Harada: 'I've talked about it before in a gaming magazine about how I've wanted to add a female Korean fighter into the game but it seems like the Korean players want a handsome new male Korean fighter instead.'
- Harada: 'Nice to see that Hwoarang and Baek's popularity in Korean hasn't risen (laughs)'
- Harada: 'New Korean fighter is not yet decided but for now feel free on sending me what you think of Hwoarang in Tekken 7'

Hwoarang need to be deleted completely. A cheap ass kicking string character who is safe on block on more moves than any other character is just idiotic. Also, the lows are invisible so you basically have to guess and even if you guess right, Hwoarang is still safe. What's the point of that??
Hwoarang represents EVERYTHING that is wrong with Tekken. A cheap characters 90% of players can't react to. A cheap character that majority of players worldwide hate and who can produce so much bullshit, it's mindboggeling he isn't cut out of the roster yet!
Alos, time release characters suck! Give us a complete game and be done with it. No waiting or microtranactions and shit please!

Cunty McCunt, you are wrong because you are unfamiliar with the Hwoarang match up. He is a hard character to use effectively. It's hard to keep the opponent from pressing buttons or ducking. Very basically, moves that stop button mashing usually can be ducked (highs are faster), moves that stop ducking can be jabbed to hell if you're not in a frame trap (moves that give frame advantage are usually slow or highs: RFF b2 or LFF df3,4 or any flamingo jab). Also, Hwoarang can be stepped. I don't remember which direction, but I remember the hatemail I got for "cheating" and "glitching" because I spaced things right.
Hwoarang is a good character, but he's not what's wrong with Tekken. What's wrong with Tekken is your manbaby attitude. When you talk about the majority of players, I'm guessing you mean the ones who don't want to invest time into the game or the ones who play thousands of matches without ever touching training mode or looking up a tutorial. Tough luck. Tekken requires dedication and persistence, like KOF does, like real martial arts training requires. I know that much and I can make that comparison because I've been practicing karate for 10 years and I'm still learning and educating myself to react with perfect execution.
Time released characters don't suck. They add hype.
I'm giving you a chance to re-evaluate all your previous posts and think about what you're saying logically. I'm also giving you the chance to leave your cunty persona and help Tekken evolve by offering constructive criticism.

If you little fangirls are too blind to see that nobody is playing this game anymore, then there is no hope for you! And the reasons are the ones I mentioned. Tekken 6 didn't die like TTT2 has died in almost every country, sans some asian ones where they still have archades. Why is that, you fucking retarded piece of useless cunts??
Answer me this:
1. Who are agreeing with you, and how many are agreeing with me by their actions??
2. Who is Harada making this game for? Millions and millions of players with a life, friends, other hobbies or the same 10-15 japanese and Korean players who are actually professional payed players who do this all day long for living?? And they are the only ones with time to learn all the frames and all the random bullshit that is in Tekken. And still, even they cannot do it.
What's the fucking point of having the difficulty to that level?? Tekken might be good and balanced but it is going the same way as one of the other great balanced fighters; Virtua Fighter. Nobody plays that game even though ti's probably more balanced than Tekken.
When you make a game that deep and difficult and with uberhuman demands on reflexes and the level of knowledge, then the game dies! Even your fat god, Aris agrees with me in this point. Even Rip has said this is the reason nobody plays the game. Even JDCR, a pro, has stated that he thinks there is waaaaaaay too much intricasies to know in TTT2. These random factors along with 55+ cast, with 200+ moves each = a shitty game only 15 retards with no life will play!
Now what are your arguments?? 'Practice' 'Do your homework'. Like people don't do that. The ratio me and most of my friends played Tekken was about 10 hours practice and 1 hour play. Still after 2 years nobody was anywhere near learning even half the cast. And you need to do that before you can enjoy this game at even intermediate level. The game is full of random over-the-top-bullshit and when somebody start with some cheap stuff it's no way out. How many times haven't Aris just lost games because of some random cheap string-mix by a complete scrub?
Take Hwoarang, the epitome of everything wrong with Tekken, as he has over 250 moves. Look at his framedata. Look how much plusses he has on block. And the lows are mostly unseeabel. And even if you guess right in a string, Hwoarang is still safe or has plus on block. What the fuck is point of that? Why do you thing every new scrub picks him?
And how long does Harada think he can just add characters and moves?? How long will people just want to stay at a mediocre level? This is a fucking videogame, not a docorate! You should be able to know everything that is to know about the game in about half a year of playing it. And then you can start becoming good at the actual game, not just have to learn. Tekken as of now, is a fucking chore!!

Yeah, you are probably right. Its how you say things not what you are saying, that irks people. But than again, when you are dealing with fanboys, it might not make a difference.
Does tekken need a reboot? Yeah. Its twenty years of the same thing. Make a new game with a new story. With twenty years of experience, they could make the perfect fighting game, if they have nothing old, i.e legacy issues, holding them back. Look at virtua fighter. They have a great engine, but keep releasing the same boring crap.
When it comes to Tekken 7, I disagree with you. i honestly believe armor and super moves make SF what it is, and they will work in tekken. It is stealing concepts, so its not ingenius, but they will help new players circumvent the large movelist. But, ultimately will it be enough to make tekken a premier fighting game? Yeah, I really think it will. But they definitely need to do something more on he cosmetic level. Add better costumes. Change appearances. Add some spice.
Having said that, COD has proven the casual nature of the wider gaming audience. As has streetfighter. If Tekken 7 bombs, I expect the reboot will definitely have a shorter commandlist. In fact it is pobably ineviteable. cunty is right, old school gaming is done. Gamers don't want complexity. Sales speak to his fact. Its all a business. Everyone enjoy Tekken 7 when it is released, as it wll be the last complex tekken game.
That's it! Im done with the Tekken community. And it's people like Cunty that is to blame. Why is he not banned from this site? All he does is spread hate! The level of hostility and shit-talking is so high, it's not even fun anymore.

We are all basically saying the same; Tekken needs a serious reboot. There are certain problems with the complexity of the game that I hope NAMCO adresses with T7. But it's not all that bad. All you say is 'Tekken is a clusterfuck with too many characters and too many moves. Harada needs to die!'.

Yo i think Cunty is somehow right about Hwoarang. Ok he's a bit harsh on how he exposes it, but he just does it to be a "cunt" as his name says so lol, don't take it too personal and just read it as what he wants to say. Man, how many times have we lost (especially on tt2) cause of those lagging rage strings of Hwo or Baek which deletes your health in less than 3 kicks !
I'm fine with a new Korean char, I like news, but I so hope it's not gonna be another TKD strings spamming bot like those two. I don't want this game to have palettes like tt2. Make it with new stuff and new moves, not with doubles like Capos and TKD bots !
