Team Green Arcade Enters Matador Cup 5

It only took a few days but Japan has easily rounded up 280 players and filled up the 56 entry teams limit for the upcoming Matador Cup 5 tournament. Due to this exploding popularity with the tournament, MASTERCUP has added a 'preliminary contest' that allows an additional 28 teams to enter the tournament. One of those 28 is team No.81 'TEAM GREEN ARCADEX鉄拳村' which is made up of S.Korea's Nin, Saint, JEONTTING (Jundding), Help Me and DejaVu. The team will have to win inside the preliminary contest to get into the first qualifier phase of the tournament making their mountain to climb even higher. More details below.

▌Preliminary Contest

• The initial 56 teams entered into the tournament will all be placed into the 1st Qualifier phase of the tournament. (The box with the 1 in above pic)
• The added 28 teams which includes the Green Arcade team are going to be put into the pleliminary contest (the box on the far left) and out of the 28 teams, 14 winning teams will advance into the 1st Qualifier.
• The tournament has no ordinary 'Loser's Bracket' but it has a 'Wildcard' section (Little box on bottom right) where losers of the 1st and 2nd Qualifier phase of the tournament go into. Only one team can win in the Wildcard section and that team will be sent to the tournament finals.
• The preliminary contest has NO wildcard section for losing teams.
