Miguel d/b+1 Glitch discovered in Tekken Revolution
BY AAK ON Friday, October 11, 2013 at 12:21PM
Doomshine from NeoGAF discovered a very practical glitch on Miguel that turns his d/b+1 low into a complete launcher equal to that of snake edge. Details and video given below.
This was the original video outlining d/b+1 glitch:
The video above shows the difference in launch animations before and after th SAV 1+2 charge cancel.
This is the original post by Doomshine:
So, I figured out the trick to the Miguel glitch, it's not actually random. If you do SAV 1+2 but cancel it your db+1 starts launching... AND if you do another SAV 1+2 but without the cancel it reverts to the normal knockdown.
I can see how this could slip by testing because that's a really odd combination to test. Once I get another arcade coin I'll test if it works outside of practice.
If anyone else has Miguel feel free to test this as well.
EDIT: Ok, a few more things and a correction. You HAVE to do the charged SAV 1+2 version when you cancel to get the full launch, but normal SAV 1+2 will still revert it. Also you still get the change even if they interrupt the move, but it doesn't stay between rounds. It totally work in arcade and online too btw, I'm SO SORRY to the guy I tested this on, it was even my promotion match.
I tested this myslef and it's true. Good stuff on Doomshine for the discovery. This makes Miguel incredibly scary in this game. His d/f+2,1 twin pistons is also no longer launch punishable.

Wow! Good finding, man!
Yay, the first TR glitch. Not that this game needs glitches to be bad.
