TTT2: Boosters Banned From World Tekken Federation

It's nice to wake up to a nice serving of justice in the morning. If one were to wonder into the leaderboards page on the World Tekken Federation site, you'll find a significant lack of the usual obvious boosters that weren't fooling anyone with their high ranks. It seems like Namco haven't exactly caught all of them since there are a few funny records and names on the top leaderboards but still, kudos to Namco for taking the effort to stamp out these guys.

Oh and interesting to note, If you happen to have a few boosters on your WTF team, then Namco will not hesitate to delete the team entirely. So be more careful of who you invite next time guys.

I have wondered for a long time how people boost? How on earth is it possible to meet somebody in a ranked battle match? I thought those were totally random.
Also, how does it show that a person is a booster? How can Namco tell? Do they have like 1000 wins and no losses?? Are they stupid?? They should at least make the numbers more plausible or something.
It is a good thing they are out, but it would be bad if they were just extremely good players.
Thank goodness! More games need to do this. Them online warriors need to learn the hard way.
hve-mercy, agrora 222,and lili-bust-u-up are all cheaters as well harada ban them pls, just look at their win/loss ratio , with a such small amount of wins they are at top LOL especially if u look at lili bust u up, he has 2 loss and zero win and he is on top of leader board.

if uve ever looked for yoshimitsu replays u find a guy killing him self over and over so his mate wins.....so boring lol

Bhup, that won't happen. I doubt they ban people without at least watching some replays of their matches. Remember, all matches are recorded now. Easy to spot boosters.

are clear boosters - and i didn't even need to do much to find this out. theres no way boosters are going to get away with this stupid shit now.
I have the same question as Bhup. How do people boost when the matchups in ranked are random?

i think they quit when they dont find desired partner to boost. depending on time of day, rank or match search settings it is frequent you could encounter the same player frequently. based on the post of Wing check the Wtf profiles you will see angel sarang and ironfisttt2 played each other a lot. and look at their battle history.
Some of the boosters are still showing up on the leader boards. Particularly harada-my-dog...

It's probably because that there are less 360 players than less PS3 players.
came across a player PJBJABERB on TT2, and i assume he is another booster because im a brawler n hes a warrior and we matched up 6 times so would that be some1 tryng to boost

Ban all Boosters and erase their name from the Leadersboards. Check all Top Dan Rank players and watch their replays and check their Playercards. Boosters playing the same Booster 20 plus time and letting each other win for the Promotion. [mad] This ruins Rank match and leaderboards now we don't know who is the best player online. WHO is the Best Jin, Feng, Eddy, Lars etc we don't know because of boosters . Ban them erase their FAKE DAN RANK TITLE off the Leaderboard ! Don't let them ruin Rank like they did in TEKKEN 6. Don't let the first True TEKKEN GOD be a CHEATER ! Let this be the best online Tekken Game on XBL , PSN
