Two New SC5 Trailers

Namco has released a couple of trailers showing some of the cinematics as well as some game play of Soul Calibur 5. It looks like the game will feature a heavily cinematic story mode similar to Mortal Kombat 9. Hope they didn't focus on things like this so much that they neglect more important things like training mode, online, and game balance.

Apparently the Story mode was done by a separate team (CyberConnect or something?), so gameplay/balance won't likely be effected by it's quality.

On the other hand, only around 2 more weeks till the game is out. Hope for many interesting thing to come.
It's a great time for games where you pretend to beat the hell out of one another.
Story, Music, etc. was out sourced so the the main theme can work on the gameplay. No worries.
Yesterday, details of the online mode were released.

Last Monday, FilthieRich showed off the training mode in SCV. Check it out at 1:16:00 mark of this archive. But I haven't seen a SC game that didn't have a deep training mode.
