Petition For GGPO in Soul Calibur 5

Though I have never been an online player, I am very much aware of how important the quality of online modes are to the success of today's fighting game. For this reason, I support this petition to put GGPO to work in SC5. Do not hesitate to sign the petition HERE

@defx "Some of you fags should just upgrade your internet service. Problem solved"

I work for an Internet service provider. I can tell you its not as easy as you think. There are 2 factors you have to think about

1. Cost. Upgrading internet speed will cost more money. the avrage cost for broad band is about 35-50 per month. upgrading that to some thing higher will cost about 50+ per month. now factor that into your over all budget. You might have to give up a few things just get a speed that MIGHT support you online gaming needs.

2. Your Service provider. Network congestion, Low bandwidth and network hardware limitation are all factors that will have an impact on your online gaming experience.

Connection rating

“Best” Fiber. Currently the fastest Speed available world wide. its possible to get a 1Gb. The only know issue issue is cost.

“Cost effective” Cable: Cable is the most cost effective but cable speed vary basted on the amount of users on a NODE. Max cable speed can be over 300mbps.

“Cheapest” DSL: cheapest connection. Speeds will vary based on how far your are from the DSLM or local Telco. Max speed on DSL in ideal conditions is about 15-20mbps.
