Tekken 7 - Claudio Serafino Movelist Rundown

Update: I've replaced the video with a revised version from the same channel. It features corrections and staple combos for Claudio.

Claudio Serafino is one of the new characters that is introduced in Tekken 7 and while there's been a lot of match videos of him for awhile now, I don't believe most players outside Asia are quite familiar with how he plays. Fortunately, Tekken 7 related video content is coming out as the Game Plaza Gao arcade in Japan did a great job giving a run down of Claudio's Movelist on their YouTube channel. Of course it's all in Japanese but I went ahead and translated the notes regarding all the moves below the video here. I've added all the translation below the video in the order of how they appear in the video so it shouldn't be too difficult to find each move's note. This should help bring everyone up to speed on Claudio as a character in Tekken 7. Enjoy.

    High, mid, mid - Last hit is a Screw Attack and transitions into Starburst. Easy to do for combos.

  • [SCREW] [HOMING] Battle Scars

    High, mid - If the first hit is a counter hit, the 2nd hit is guaranteed.

  • Crimson Delta Edge to Starburst

    During hit: During hit:

    Mid, throw, throw - Last hit transitions into Starburst.

  • Rolling Strike

    Mid - Hits grounded.

  • Trinity of Pain

    High, mid, mid - Easy to do for combos.

  • [SCREW] Deadly Sin

    High, mid - 12f punisher for Claudio.

  • [SCREW] [HOMING] Sacred Edge

    Mid - Easy to do and good combo filler.

  • Into the Abyss

    Mid - Advantageous on block. (You're in + frames on block)

  • Cross Arm Strike

    Mid - 16f startup frames and has long reach.

  • [HOMING] Above the Storm

    High

  • Sky's Arc

    Mid, mid - Twin piston NH Launcher, -15f on block.

  • Chaos Fist

    Mid - Leads to a combo on counter hit, punishable on block. ('12f~13f?' on inatekken)

  • Dispel Magic

    Mid, mid - Can delay the 2nd hit. Punishable on block. ('11f~12f?' on inatekken)

  • Dispel Force

    Mid, high - Useful for wall combos. Safe on block.

  • Grand Sanction

    Mid, low

    Mid - Shoulder, useful for wall combos.

  • Twin Claws

    Special mid, special mid - Can also be done from crouch.

  • Dual Guns

    Mid, high - Can also be done from crouch with fc d/f+2,1

  • Bringer of Justice

    Mid, mid - Can also be done from crouch with fc d/f+2,1+2. Last hit transitions into Starburst.

  • Invidia

    Mid - Opponent can duck under this move at a certain range중

  • Ira

    High - Advantageous on block. Transitions into Starburst on hit. Can be launched if opponent ducks. Burn Knuckle.

  • Noble Step

    While Standing:

    Mid, high

  • Sylvia

    While Standing:

    Mid - Launcher, transitions into Starburst on hit.

  • Piercing Wind

    while standing:

    Mid

  • Luxuria

    While sidestepping:

    Low - Kinda like Hwoarang's ss+4, but looks like Miguel's d/b+4.

  • Commands during Starburst

  • Cross Arm Impact

    Starburst: 

    Mid, mid - 16f start-up, can follow up with wr+2 for big damage.

  • Gravity Zone

    Starburst: 

    Low, low -  d+2 attack gains a follow-up. You can stop after the first hit and use crouch/ws mids for big damage.

  • [HOMING] Avaritia

    Starburst: 

    Mid, high, mid - Strong combo ender.

  • 10 Hit Combo

    High, mid, mid, mid, low, high, mid, mid, high, mid

  • Punishment
