MasterCupOfficial has updated their Youtube channel with HOURS of footage from the Matador Cup tournament held in Japan. All the matches are available below plus a special treat at the end, a 20 on 20 battle royal! Too good.

Now THIS is exactly what I'm talking about!!!!! Fucking high level Marduks, Asukas, Kings and other obscure characters, not just a Bob-fest like retarded Americans!! Japanese players play this game at top level AND they have fun while doing it. Not only 'by the book' boring gameplay with no personality or substance!! No wonder NAMCO won't waste their time and effort to bring TTT2 to the US and all the tier-whores!!!!

Big difference between 1vs1 tournament and a 5vs5 team tournament and a 20vs20 tournament with picked teams.

Godsgarden 3 was a rare console Tekken tournament in Japan and only few selected top players entered, because Japanese players don't like to play on console with lag.
Even WCG 2010 qualifying tournament in Japan was played in Arcade.

everyone needs to stop comparing usa to japan. the scenes are totally different. believe me, if usa had the amount of players japan does then you'd see more variety. but guess what, it doesn't.
