First Screen Shot of SC5?

1up.com posted up an article showing what seems to be the first screen shot of Pyrrha Alexandria from Soul Calibur 5. It looks like she is fighting a grey haired Mitsurugi. I was initially apprehensive when this game got announced but some of the things I've heard about the gameplay changes sound fairly promising. With e3 just around the corner, and the release date for SC5 said to be in 2012, there is a good chance we will get more info in the next two weeks. If this game is good, I may have to start a Soul Calibur podcast...

So japanese art has to be influenced by anime? Demon soul's development team would like to have a word with you about art design.... This game better be gory, like I am not a big gore fiend, but they are hitting each other with swords for fuck sakes bout time the series re-thought itself in that area.
Anime as a base and a focus on light and shadow? Not knocking Anime but Anime isn't very detailed with light and shadow meaning basic. I compared a screenshots SC4 and the lighting looks improved across the board (hair, skin, clothing etc.). Cool! Things looking good visually so far still not a lot to go on. We'll see.
