lately im getting bored watching this tekken fights...not trying to sound like a dick..but why is all the videos all ways the same freaking charcters.maybe im wrong or something. but its getting boring to see same characters.not only this videos.but for once something new.
nevermind.....i wish i can see like yoshi, or something new...T_T
Ever since i watched high level Tekken i have been so mesmerised with how deep the game is, and how much time the players put in to stay at the top of their game, something most people forget. Love Knee's taunt JU, Jizzmoon's Mishima/ wavedash skills, JDCR's versatality with multiple characters and players that i looked up to when i got into the game like Holeman, Nin, Only_practice, Helpme. I am also really grateful for the work put in by guys who put up Tekken material for the community, just felt like sayin.
Agreed Slashed, I love watching high-level Tekken.
Why doesn't JDCR ever complete his AK juggles? He had so many low parries and post bound opportunities he never took. And it didn't seem like he was setting up any traps either.
I concur ever4ever, really tired of the same old characters its boring watching them cos u sort of know whats going to happen. Personally i'd like to see some good wang, ganryu players.Thank god for JDCR and his AK

If you guys are tired of watching "the same old characters" you probably just need to search a little harder for other players. I feel that Tekken, when compared to most fighting games, allows and even encourages people to play in many different styles, and as a result you see a lot more variety of characters being used at competitive levels. I personally don't feel like I see too many similar styles among top players. But if you're looking for high level gameplay of less popular characters perhaps check out http://www.youtube.com/ldmaxi. There are countless hours of every character being played really well on that channel. Enjoy!
I hadnt watched the matches before I started ranting, Ganryu and wang were both present and although wang player really sucked, Ganryu player really kicked ass. @Dojimadan I get what ur saying and I totally agree that each tekken player has a distinctive style, however it still be nice to see top players use "low tier" characters more often. That way we get to see more variety of play styles, you youself said we need to search harder, that is evidence that not enough "low tier" characters are being used. and yeah bro I am a constant on ldmaxi's youtube page>

Yeah, I see what you mean. Especially because now that I'm thinking about it a lot of the times I've personally seen lower tier characters being played it was usually the alt of a competitive player. More specialists and mains for low tier characters are definitely needed.

It was obviously just some executional errors, I'm pretty sure he didn't intentionally drop his combos for no reason. JDCR is great but he's still human
As for the variety argument, I think high level Tekken play in general is filled with a lot of diversity. I mean just look at the videos posted here, Ganryu, Alisa, Raven, Leo, AK, Feng, Julia & Paul all being repped. Yeah there's always gonna be a shit ton of Bryan, Law and Steve players, but all games have the characters that are used more than others
Can't see where the complaint in variety is coming from, especially compared with other fighters where it's mostly the top tiers up against each other

these matches were great , the best one was malgu's law destroying every other players, no wonder he is ranked tekken god. i am sure that he is the best law player in korea

@AAk and Infernoz: Definitely execution errors, most likely giant swing attempts.
I do think that he needs to add something like 1+2, 2 d+2 juggles to his arsenal for easy damage, wall carry and round enders when he needs it. He lost rounds because of his choice of juggle.
Quit playing Tekken 6 BR. I am not interested in watching these seasons with the same stuff same faces same champion. Bring something exciting. I am really waiting for Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
To bad Najin Zues lost, I really like their line up. And i wanted to see them in the finals vs Najin Specialist, that would've been sick.
And it's not even that allot of people use the same character at the top, you just see the same players winning over and over, and it's obvious that the matches between more skilled and higher ranked players are the ones being recorded, so yea you''ll keep seeing the same players.
The top teams Resurrection, Specialist, Superstar, Zues, Hao's team etc, allot of those players kinda have the same playstyles cause this is simply the highest level of Tekken in the world. As for character there only a few with the same.
Team Superstar's Nina looks good! I wonder why JDCR always picks the infinite stage. It would be nice to see some wall combos for Armor King. But all he probably has anyways is df+1. f+1+4, so I guess no big deal. I only watched the last video so far.
i hope qudans team makes it during green arcade prelims..
