Winter Brawl 2011 Trailer

I thought this was very well made. I especially like how all the games seem to be getting equal love. You can find info on the tournament HERE.

There was nothing about WHEN or WHERE the tournament is going to be in the video. I guess I have to click on the link. LOL @ Kings of Poverty. Thats a good joke.

That is an issue about tournaments. Lets say I am quite a good player. Most players can not beat me at Tekken, But I know that I do not stand a chance at a big, huge tournament like this one. Do I spend a heck of alot of money to get my ass kicked by a guy who takes the game as serious as a job (because it IS his job)?

Sorry for the second post.

@Forest and whoever else is interested, the registration fee is $20 online, $30 at the door. The online registration also ends on the night of Feb 21st, so make sure you get on that.

As for tournaments, you should be going mainly to have fun and competing at whatever game that you are into because the majority of people are going to lose anyway. Plus you never know how you will do unless you enter.

You should also be in the mindset that you are entering a tournament to fuck somebody up. If you are already in the mindset that you are going to lose, you will.

You should also look at everything else that you can do at a tournament and not just on worrying about spending money on getting your ass kicked. You should be picking the brains of the top players who are there and learning what you can from them. There's always people to meet and games to play or challenge in money matches.

Plus you should also look at what there is to do at whatever city the tournament is being held at. Tournaments make for a good excuse to travel somewhere you may have never considered going to. You just need to have an open mind about it.

Sick hype video for the event. Always liked Team Spooky!

Hell, I want to go and play 3rd, cvs2 and Tekken all the way from Sweden. Well done ...
