I acually like the Hybrid package. Me Being dedicated to this series for years, playing TTT 1 HD brings back memories. The Artbook and Soundtrack that comes with the Collectors Edition is pretty cool too.

the movie not that it matters was actually meh. just can't believe anna got alot of screen time.
the best part of the movie for me was the police baton beat down of alisa for a few secs. the sound track is the best eva.

The Mishima fight at the end was awesome and probably the only good thing about the movie apart from the aforementioned Alisa beat down.

that is until it evolved into the dragonball Z rubbish at the end..

Still I watched the extra's and kinda ticked me off harada saying that he couldn't imagine making a story out of tekken, it's surprising how out of touch he seems with his own game at times. Probably explains why jin's dick is ridden so hard these days after tekken 3 and Kazuya get's treated like shit (as they tried to write him out of the series)

A real movie would focus on the Kaz/ Heihachi rivalry and back-story of tekken one and two. plenty of meat in there for a good film in this style.. I think

Loving the Hybrid package. 10/10 from me.

-Movie while cheesy was entertaining towards the end.
-TTTHD is too much fun to play and a boon to enjoy with my current setup. Technical issues aside, it's still a damn fun time
-TTT2 Prologue is, as you say a playground for me to test out tag assault and practice the mechanics of the game. Never anticipated how versatile Tag Assaulting can be until I tried it. But it sucks how I don't play any of the characters in there :(

I also go the LE and the artbook is pretty terrible. There's only 5-6 pages of actual artwork and the rest is all CG renders and production stills from the movie.

Good review Aris. Our thoughts on Hybrid are very similar.

The only thing thats makes me want this is the demo. the movie sucks hard and I own a copy of the ps2 TTT game(not HD but there's no framerate issue's so it still better). I want to learn the system but the only character out of the three that I use is kaz and he's losed some moves.

40 bucks for a demo can't do it.

Nice review Aris and I agree with pretty much all of you points. However, it would be nice if you showed here some gameplay footage of TTT2 prologue like casuals instead of just showing Devil Jin the whole video.
