why is ~5 considered tag buffering? I always thought to buffer something meant to press and hold the input while recovering from another move and then inputting a partial command afterwards eg. with dragunov 1,[2] and then b+1 will produce b+1+2
I can understand if you're holding the 5 already and then you ewgf, that would be tag buffering
It's "buffering" because you push it during the recovery frames of your first character's launcher. It makes the move transition into a tag animation rather than continue with the full animation (obviously) and you do so by pushing 5 before the first move would normally be "over".

On normal hit? It was f+1+2, f,f, QCF+2~Tag. These combos require some skill.

I think its because you are buffering the incoming character's move.
