Tekken 7 - LowHigh VS Karei Arcade Deathmatches

Thanks goes to Shudy for the video uploads. This series of deathmatches played at Namco Sugamo feature relatively newer young blood players in both LowHigh from Korea and Karei from western Japan. You may remember seeing these two players from their Top 8 performances from the King of Iron Fight Global Finals last year so this match-up is one to watch. LowHigh uses both Shaheen and Bryan here up against Karei's Kazumi and the deathmatches span roughly 2 hours all together so plenty to enjoy.

Tekken 7 Version 1.06 Update Fixes Frame Rate Drops Caused by Customization Mode

A new update is being quickly rolled out due to a new bug that was introduced in the previous Tekken 7 version 1.05 update. A bug was found on the standard base version of PlayStation 4 consoles where entering the Customization Mode would leave the game's graphical quality level on a higher spec than the system was capable of. While it may have looked prettier, it caused frame rate drops in normal modes after you left the customization mode. If you happen to be playing the game on a regular PS4 system, download the new update to squash the bug for good. Full notes on the Version 1.06 update can be found on the EU Tekken website.

PS4/PC Tekken 7 World Character Usage & Rank Distribution Charts

Tekken 7 has been out for a few months now and the data is rolling in. Bloodywala on reddit has created charts using the data on the Tekken 7 leaderboards page to count every single player on there for the characters being used as well as the ranks earned. This data helps paint a picture of the characters and ranks a majority of the online Tekken player base have ended up with. All the data seen below account for players registered on the online leaderboards as of after August 30 so any of the players that have dropped off prior to the date aren't factored in.

Tekken 7 - Knee VS Noroma Arcade Deathmatches

Right after the Tokyo Tekken Masters event concluded in Japan, both Knee and Noroma made their way to the nearby Akihabara Leisure Land arcade to do some deathmatches. These are high level, Fujin ranked Korea VS Japan deathmatches with the most dominating Korean player in the world when it comes to deathmatching up against the rising star Japanese Jack player; Noroma from Kyushu. Since the matches took place at the arcade Kuro Kuro frequents, these were all streamed live on his Twitch channel with the video archive now up for viewing so big thanks to him for streaming the matches. Tekken World Tour Tokyo Masters Event on September 3

Join us in watching the Tokyo Tekken Masters event taking place in Akihabara's E-sports Square venue later today. This is the next MASTER titled event within the Tekken World Tour so there's big qualification points on the line for all the competitors participating. Since this tournament is taking place in the capital of Japan, you can expect a smorgasbord of great Tekken talent from the region with neighbouring players from Korea coming together for a big show. Like the previous TWT events, this will be streamed over on the official Tekken twitch channel with pools starting at 9 AM Japan time (5 PM PDT.) The tournament is expected to last a long duration of the day with Top 16 starting at 5 PM (1 AM PDT) and expected to finish in roughly 4 hours. Plenty of tekken to watch today so be sure you're following the Tekken channel to catch the event live:
