Tekken 7's Pre-Order DLC Character Eliza is Paid DLC 30 Days After Launch

Minor update on the pre-order Character Eliza for Tekken 7. Taken from an official response from the Tekken FaceBook page, we're told that Eliza will specifically be available 30 days after the game launches. That seems standard for other pre-order fighting game characters in other games but it is now there in writing. If you consider the timeframe of release, that should roughly make her available to everyone that didn't pre-order the game 2 weeks before EVO 2017. As mentioned in the fine print on Eliza's promotional image, she's a paid DLC character so if you want to get your hands on the character without paying extra, pre-order Tekken 7.

TEKKEN 7 - TV Commercial & Character Episode Trailer #1

The official Tekken YouTube channel uploaded the first "Character Episode" trailer from Tekken 7. This episode introduces several of the Tekken characters you see in the game as well as show off some scenes from the game's Story Mode. In addition, a promotional TV commercial for the game was also uploaded which you can check out now. Tekken 7 releases onto home consoles on June 2nd this year.

Gallery - High Resolution Tekken 7 Character CG Renders

Direct from Bandai Namco. It's not an absolutely complete gallery since the Tekken 7 FR costume update renders aren't available but this is the a large batch of renders including the vanilla costumes. These images or assets are helpful if you plan to do any kind of art work like posters, banners or even arcade stick art and need a high resolution source of the Tekken 7 characters. Smaller images of all the renders are inside here and links to download full size versions of the images are available in the bracketed links. Harada on The Current Status of Crossplay for Tekken 7

"Don't ask me. ASK 1st party." Says Harada. He continued on in a string of tweets today addressing the main issue that is getting in the way of enabling console crossplay for Tekken 7 which are the 1st party policies in place that the developers have to adhere to when they develop games for their systems. Enabling crossplay between certain systems like PC <-> PS4 or PC <-> XB1 was also shot down because that would be splitting the player base on the PC which they can't do. He didn't say it but hypothetically speaking, the thought of PC players only being able to play with either PS4 or XB1 players does sort of bring the console that is not crossplay enabled down. So for now, people that are waiting on the status of crossplay for Tekken 7 to make their purchase, check out the related tweets on Harada's Twitter account and make your mind from there.

Tekken 7 Screenshots of New Arena & G Corp. Helipad Stages

Arrived alongside the Eddy Gordo reveal! Arena is pretty similar to the older Arena styled stages in Tekken with it's octagonal shape and this time has been adorned with The King of Iron Fist details. The G Corp Helipad is a new stage that features a weather transition in between the round as well as expands to a bigger shape when the walls are broken on the far sides. Check out the images below!
