Aris: A way better counter against db+3 is to do some sort of hopkick. If your reactions are quick enough, a hopkick is more rewarding than to duck-feint out of the throw/sweep.
And you should've mentioned that Drag have punch-reversals out of tackles, it's actually prettu useful some times. You should also mention that he's got two really good delayable attacks, like ss+2 *delay* 3 (Throw-hit on counter for nice damage too.) and f+2 *delay* 4. f+24 is safe on block, second hit is mid and seeks so it can't be sidestepped, and if first hit is counter the second will hit anyway for a solid amount of damage.
Even against really good players, I find that f+2*delay*4 hits ALOT of times. As a top Norwegian player, Madcow, once said "Man I hate that move. You just can't not attack after the first blocked hit!" It's one of my favorite moves. :3
But I forgot to mention the praise, really good episode. I believe that frame-data is more important for Dragunov than most other characters, as he's got alot of moves that gives him + on hit/block, and most of my game revolves around this actually, abusing frame-advantage.
